How To Get An Ideal Body

1) Only  Eat  healthy Food 


Nowadays,People does not care about what they are eating or drinking, they only know how satisfied themselves with eating or drinking without using the Pyramid Food. food pyramid or diet pyramid is a pyramid-shaped diagram representing the optimal number of servings to be eaten each day from each of the basic food groups. The first pyramid was published in Sweden in 1974.

2) Exercise 
I recommended doing a full body routine that you can do 2 or 3 times a week.You only need 30 minutes.You want a routine that has at least one exercise for your quads (front of your legs), butt and hamstrings (back of your legs), your push muscles, your pull muscles, and your core.  Yes, this means you can develop a full body routine that uses only four or five exercises.  If you’re doing 5-10 sets of total exercise, you should be able to get everything done within that 45 minute block.  Now, factor in a five or ten minute warm-up, and then stretching afterwards, and the workout can go a little bit longer.  If you can go for over an hour and you’re not completely worn out, you’re simply not pushing yourself hard enough.



3)  Don't Stress 
When you in stress of someone or something you will eat a lot  right? Control your stress , do not over stress because it may effect your health. To get rid the stress you need to visit peaceful place such as beach , lake and at village.When you are in stress try to do some exercise because exercise may also reduce your stress and also make your body stay healthy.

4)Always calculate your BMI ( Body Mass Index) 
BMI measures body fat based on your height and weight. It is designed to help you determine the ideal weight range for your height.It can be calculated manually, or online using a BMI Calculator. Either way, you will need to know your height and weight.Don't scare if Your BMI is high, you only need to take action for your body.

Assalamualaikum.. Nowadays, student don't realise that success is the greatest moment in our life to become an excellent people . People can change who their are, what they can do.Today , i will show you the step to become an Excel in Your Life.


STEP TO EXCEL


1) Ask Allah S.W.T

     You have to ask Allah S.W.T for guidance. We are humans, powerless in this sphere of life,knowledgeable only enough to survive. So why shouldn't we turn to Allah and seek His perfect help whenever we require it? Allah responds to the call of His servant when he asks for guidance, and we are after all seeking to do something in order to please Him.A true Muslim never becomes hopeless as he has strong faith in ALLAH Al-mighty. Who is controller of universe and everything happening around in universe. While reciting kalimah, we put our trust in ALLAH completely and it’s a crucial part of iman to have an undoubted faith in ALLAH.You can become an Excel person if you always put Allah S.W.t 1st then This world .




2) SET YOUR GOAL

we’re setting goals because we want to become better versions of ourselves or we want to upgrade our life experiences. We have personally selected these milestones as a way to make it happen.There’s a reason you want to accomplish these things, so respect that desire and do something about it. You can turn this train around if you commit yourself to doing it. Here are six tricks that may help.Look at it. A goal that you can actually see is massively more powerful than a goal you write down on a checklist. This is a favorite technique of mine and it works very well if you’re a visual learner.




3)NEVER WASTE TIME

I think we all, from time to time, get ourselves involved in activities that do not contribute to our greatest success or happiness. I definitely did at one time, but I made the necessary changes once I became an entrepreneur and learned how valuable each second of the day was—that there really wasn’t any time to waste on activities that didn’t grow me or my business.We’re all looking to be successful in life, but sometimes we are wasting our time doing things that are holding us back from reaching our full potential. And, often, we don’t recognize those things until someone points them out.It’s important to analyze how we spend our days, hour by hour, and regularly look for ways to work smarter, ways to eliminate time-wasters. So, to get started, here are eight things that productive, successful people never waste their time doing.
